It,s all about you!
And your desire or need to attract new customers/clients.
People buy products or services for one main reason and that is to solve a problem.
Now the problem could be as simple as I don't have that toy and I want it, to my fridge quit and I need a new one.
So your role is that of a "problem solver". The best way to do this is to articulate the problem.
But first you must understand and believe the following statement.
"People don't care how much you KNOW until they know how much you CARE."
You do this by helping your customer/client feel that you genuinely want them to be happy with your solution.
This is accomplished by talking to your customer/client in a warm friendly manner, discussing their
problem and it's possible solution and using the word "you" as often as appropriate.
Finding ways to reward your customer/clients for doing business with you will also help you stand out from the competition.
Doing this sucessfully will result in a loyal customer/client and create a huge referral system for you.
